In the event of an accident, we will prepare a detailed repair estimate free of charge, and a qualified member of staff will personally guide you through the entire repair process, communicating directly with insurance companies or third parties to ensure a fast, efficient and hassle-free service.
We can provide you with one of our 12 courtesy cars to keep you mobile for the duration of your repairs, subject to availability. Alternatively, we also offer a Collection and Delivery Service to ensure any inconvenience resulting from your accident is kept to a minimum.
Upon completion of the repair, your vehicle will be fully valeted inside and out for your convenience.
We only use the manufacturers' genuine parts and all work is carried out to the very highest standards, maintaining both the quality and value of your vehicle.
Our team are experts in both fault and non-fault claims, dealing with insurance companies and third parties direct. We can arrange an insurance engineer to inspect the vehicle and authorise repairs whilst the vehicle is on-site. On the completion of repairs, simply pay us any excess on your policy and drive away your car, returned to you in superb condition.
